MEASURE IS THE KEY 🧐

Knowing what is too much and

what is too little helps finding the measure .

This helps with both snatch and clean and jerk .

Power drive helps the catching the weight.

Next one is lateral one .

Put this into your training to

TRANSLATE STRENGTH INTO POWER.

Thank you for the support .

EARN YOUR PROGRESS

Earning progress is more bitter sweet than sweet,

still it is inevitable if you want to ⬆️ .

3 things to help you:

go gradually

go continuously

go thoroughly

Summary: chain is as strong as it's weakest link.

Snatch pull helps you maximise pre requisite

for catching the snatch .

Prep for 24 Oct weightlifting contest is going well 🎖️✅

DO THE WORK DIFFERENTLY

There is always a chance to learn something good

from someone good , including

what works and does not work for you st a given time.

SLOW MO FOR A FEW SECONDS ,

SO YOU GET A GLIMPSE .

With all the strength developed over years,

these drills are doing wonders for me.

Please do these in the right amount .

See the difference .

EFFORT PAYS OFF

Not every day is a max out day, still

there is chance for improvement .

In this video showing some cleans , jerks and

over head squats , so you can have a glimpse

of what I have been working on.

Max weight I went in this phase has been 95kg .

Training barefoot is a game changer ,totally different and challenging .

Be brave to give it a go at some point 🙌

Building up ,there is quite a bit of time left 😉🙌

Thank you my followers and supporters

PLYOMETRICS 🤔

It seems overrated and useless to some ,

yet to others it makes a difference in performance .

By doing it, you improve the speed of performing the skill you are into.

For me , the better hips work and I can produce force I can control, the better for me( more successful lifts).

It applies to everyone.

Give it a go in your programs ⬆️✅

PRACTISE WITH UNDERSTANDING

Nowadays I am enjoying my training and seeing even more progress in them.

Complementary approach made it possible.

There is always something to be happy about at the end of each month .

@wellfit we have some more time to go forward

Foundations

without squat, there is no Olympic lifting 😉

Close feet squat is harder than the wide one

145.3kg for 2 reps on this video.

Except some good materials coming up!
