I’m back in Derbyshire! Today I had a workout this morning @theaurahub_ then an eye test! But by far the highlight of the day was rugby training with @matlockwomensrugby. Come along if you fancy having a go, absolutely lovely bunch of women. #womensrugby #lesbian #gettingfitat55 #innerwarrior #matlock

What a beautiful first few weeks it’s been in the studio🤍

Had to pinch myself a little putting this together🥹 Thank you so much to all of my clients, both familiar and new faces, who’ve made these first few weeks in the studio and the Reformer launch so special🫶🏻

I’ve absolutely loved coaching you all, seeing you enjoy the classes and watching this little space come to life✨ And the best bit is, we’re only just getting started. There’s lots more to come very soon, so stay tuned👀

So, if you’ve been thinking about giving Reformer Pilates a go, take this as your sign💫

Final section of today’s BIU European championship! Very happy with this ride considering getting a puncture straight after the first kicker trying to do the last one with a flat 😅!

First lap (12 points), second lap (12 points), third lap (3 points) in the top elite class! 🤌🏼

Thank you to @billycraig for this video also.

Ended the competition in 4th position ✊🏼, massive thanks to the event organisers and a big thanks to mum and dad for everything! Couldn’t be here without you 🙏!

Unbelievable day yesterday! My first ever British Powerlifting competition after 5 years of hard work and consistency! So proud of myself but this is only just the beginning💪🏻 Squat PB - 200kg | Bench PB - 145kg | Deadlift PB - 250kg. Big thanks to @_liv.liftsss for the reel and Gabe for being my handler on the day and to those that come to watch, it means so much to me that you did❤️ #powerlifting @northmidspowerlifting @gbpowerfed

2 weeks ago we made a childhood dream come true 🥊 My pro debut win, 1-0 and rearing to go for my next one in September 💥

Sorry for the late post but we went to Spain straight after the fight and I broke my phone on the first day! So after some time to relax and reflect, I just want to thank each and every person now that we’re back for coming out and making it a night to remember, a night where we put my name on the map and paved the way for an exciting career ahead 🙌🏼

With a last minute opponent swap and having to step up to heavyweight against a tough and experienced opponent, giving away over 3 stone in weight, we got the job done and could not have asked for better support from the army we took with us 🫡

I felt like I answered some big questions about myself that night, and I will continue to put 100% in to this sport and believe I can achieve something special 💫

Tour of Mauritius 🇲🇺
Amazing week in the Southern Hemisphere coming away with 2 top 10’s and some UCI points.

Great to meet some new people and friends.

It was nice to be a part of the overall win and KOM with the team.

Time for some time at home before national champs at the end of the month.

Thanks to @daphneydupre for the great pictures 📸

WHERE do you want to be and HOW do you get there ?

Man of the Ras.

3rd on GC 🥉 and best stage race result to date.

Proud of my performance last week, enjoyed emptying the tank daily and giving it a crack for the win.
Class week with the @cyclingconnacht lads for my first ever @rastailteann_official and first time in Ireland. (Except for my plot up in Belmullet)
Great people and a beautiful country. I hope to be coming back.

Made even better by seeing one of my best mates and spending some quality time sightseeing 🍺
