One of my favorites at this year’s Galpin Car Show…the GT51, better known as the Wicked Shoebox!

Our team from the Autopian got to talk with the owner and take a closer look at this incredible Ford.

Porsche racer and team owner Bruce Leven dreamed of a Ford coupe built to race in Europe in the 1950s. Through six years of design and craftsmanship it was finally brought to life. From its reshaped body to the little semaphore turn signals that pop out behind the doors, there is so much to appreciate.

Bruce never got to drive it as he passed away. Seeing his dream preserved and shared with fellow car lovers makes having it at our show even more special!

Brought the Saab to my first @galpinmotors Car Show and parked appropriately in the @theautopian Lot. Always fun catching up with everyone and a lot of fun standouts but my favorite was @rabbitrunsgood 1983 Renault Fuego. The 12th Annual Galpin Car Show! 🤩

A slight morning drizzle couldn’t slow us down and the weather cleared up to deliver from start to finish. 10 car shows in 1. From the red carpet entrance on Galpin Avenue to the newly renovated @GalpinAutoSports showroom, every section of the @GalpinMotors campus had something to offer for everyone in attendance.

We want to thank everyone who came in early to share and showcase their automotive passions with the community and all the people who came to support the event. We hope to see you at the next Galpin Car Show! 👋🏼

From Geneva to Galpin.

This Aston Martin Cygnet was displayed at the Geneva Motor Show in 2012 to launch Q by Aston Martin- their in-house customization service- and today I got some seat time in it thanks to @hardibro and @theautopian at the @galpinmotors car show.
