Our fabulous client shares her journey with Chiropractic Care and how she’s now “a little bit obsessed” with it! When she first came in, she explained that she was a bit scared and wasn’t sure if she’d be fully comfortable getting Adjusted. It is completely normal to feel that way. We take our time to explain what we are doing, describe how each procedure will feel, then ask consent each time we perform a maneuver. We tell our clients to trust their instincts and to tell us which Adjustments that they are comfortable with having done. If they don’t feel like having work done to an area of their body, no worries! It’s your body, your choice! That being said, when clients have entrusted us they tend to say that they enjoy each area of their spine under care, but appreciate us giving them space and time to feel fully comfortable with it. ⚡️you got this! 🌈we got you! #chiropractic #chiropractor #feelinggood
