I’m Cerys Stockton a singer songwriter based in Greater Manchester wigan. Mainly performing and writing pop/R&B music, i use my original music to explore mental health, relationships and personal experiences.

Expect songs about challenges faced in life and turned into upbeat songs that hopefully make a positive impact on others listening. I want to continue striving in the music industry to find hope and healing through music.

Come see me perform at The Bailiff Bar
Wigan King St WN1 1NG

Mat Bianco introducing a song…

Here at Unlocked, we love a song intro — the preambles, the stories, the little clues to the meanings behind the songs.

Artists will often tell you that a song is open to interpretation and that you can make up your own mind. But being given that extra glimpse into the writer’s thoughts, in an intimate setting, is exactly what we’re all about.

Those moments between artist and audience, where the stories behind the songs come to life, are what make Unlocked so special.

Hosted by Tommy Jones, Unlocked takes place on the first Thursday of every month — an intimate evening of songs, stories and the people behind them. 🎶

This Saturday we welcome the return of Manchester/Wigan-based artist, songwriter and producer @imjojaleel. Blending funk-pop, R&B, hip-hop and left-field pop into music that’s playful, groove-led and introspective in equal measure.
