September is here and so is this month’s special: Focaccia!

Here we caramelized those sweet summer onions 🧅 in olive oil, filled the dimples with roasted garlic, and add fresh thyme 🌿 and Maldon salt.

Baked in a 9x9” pizza pan to get nice crispy edges.

This will be available starting this weekend, selling for $13.

Order through our linktree!

If you have any questions, please e-mail or call!

How do you slice sourdough? There are several ways, but I have found this to be the safest and easiest way. If you do not own a serrated/bread knife, I highly recommend it - this Victorinox is great.

A slicer or electric knife comes in handy when you want to get them thinner, like the grocery store sandwiches (usually about 0.5” thick).

The Brownies - these are for the chocolate 🍫 lovers.

Pairs exceptionally well with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream (especially when warmed up).

Contains whole wheat flour, so it’s technically good for you too 😉

Bazan coffee @bazancoffee.global

To my surprise I won this coffee sampler on a IG giveaway by @thebalatissimo

Coffee is from Vietnam.
These packages have a single coffee pour. I would group this on the fancy side because you have to pour the water slowly into the coffee package. I made a mess pouring the hot water because I don't have a special container to pour it gently (and I was postcall tired too). Regardless of that I was patience enough and got the water into the cup and made my coffee. Honestly to my surprise one of the best coffee I have tried in a while! No acidity and not over toasted.. pure delicious coffee. 100% recommended. Will try all them and decide which one will return. I did a second pour but it was not happening 😀.

Thank you for the sampler!
