Ah 2025. The year my bicep decided to try to explode. Lost a lot of days this year to injury. And while my season wasn't spectacular performance wise, I'm grateful to everyone I climbed with this year! As you can see it's still hard to find those good rope friends so hit me up this year to get on those sport projects! For every rope held, pad moved, snack shared and beta helped, thanks to all the peeps last year. Here's to no more injuries and lots more fun!

Also tagging was being a bitch - but y'all know who you are!

What a beautiful summer! Sent a few pebbles, but the real highlights were playing banagrams (Magic for Rob), eating sushi, Oats the dog and just spending time with our pals ❤️. We are so filled with gratitude to have such kind, thoughtful and funny friends!

I had a chance to spend a couple of weeks in this stunning desert again, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and friends. One of the things I’ve always loved about climbing is the sense of community and the unique way it brings people together from all corners of the world to one place. Climbers are like birds, flocking to the same places at the same time each year, drawn by silly rocks. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces and create new memories with great people! There’s something truly special about the bonds formed in such wild, beautiful places! It was so nice to touch real rock again! I love Hueco Tanks ❤️

I DID IT Y'ALL! After ~10 sessions over 3 years, literal blood, sweat and tears, watching myself booty smash falling from the top over and over again in @girlsgonehueco film... I finally sent Rumble in the Jungle, V11 🤯.
Early on, I had ruled out the right exit that most people do, deciding that it was too reachy. This year, I REALLY didn't want to booty smash anymore, so I revisited the right exit and found that I could crimp a very bad intermediate. I felt really solid on the bottom section of the boulder but still was in disbelief to find myself topping. So elated to have sent, but also a bit sad that the journey is over.

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported me along the way ❤️❤️❤️ I can't thank you enough!

2024 was a year filled with heartache, adventure, deepening friendships, forgiveness, and the courage to let go and be vulnerable. I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made, both in my personal and physical growth. But more than anything, I’m proud of the person I’m becoming. Life is an ever-evolving classroom, and I’m excited to keep learning along the way.

Thank you, 2024! As we look forward to a new year we can't help but look back on the past. We are so thankful to our whole team for their care and dedication and we truly couldn't have done it without them. Thank you for a great year and we will see you next year!

Thank you Squamish for creating new and beautiful memories, and for allowing me to let go of the past. This place has always been a place of pure bliss. Where climbing, friends, and nature all gather together to have a great time. You’re truly a magical place.

Had such a blast spending the last few months reconnecting with friends, new and old. Playing out in nature almost every single day. And even getting to experience something I’ve always wanted, doing carpentry in the west coast. Thanks to everyone who made this experience such a joy. It was a pleasure to share so many laughs with everyone. Because happiness is real when shared ♥️

There's something special about friends from home visiting for long periods of time. Friends who know you from "before", friends who you can be silly and ridiculous with. So glad you came out for the summer @wontonboy ! You better fucking come back next year!
