Savage Saturdays

It's not about the most brutal thing. It's about getting some functional movement in and having fun on a Saturday.

If you're working with me, this is your cue, get out there and knock them out. Share your clips.

This one's quick and easy

50 hanging leg or hanging knee raises
50 chin UPS or assisted chin-ups
50 burpees of some sort, just get on the ground and get back up.

Vallon got cleaned up today with our favorite barber @1evanaitken @thebarberevan
He is a genius with styling, super chill dude, 40 bucks out the door, cash only right in Oceanside. And you get to pet Remi Lou who hangs out at the shop. She’s the sweetest pup. ❤️

Very stoked to bring my brother @thebarberevan on to the team. Evan and I went to barber school 12 years ago and is a veteran, a black belt in BJJ, and one of my best friends that I feel very lucky to have as a constant source of inspiration in my life. He’s available Mondays, and Wed-Saturday. First day’s on Thursday see ya at the shop 🤝

First I’d like to thank all the clients I’ve met since working at the good company barbershop. You guys are definitely the MVP. So many funny stories and seeing life as it happens.

2nd I’d like to thank all the good company barbers it’s been fun couple of years. I’ve definitely learned more about being a barber and not just a hair cutter.

Who ever is lucky enough to fill the chair I promise you it will be awesome everyday was always something fun going down or something funny being said. Good times. I’m forsure going to miss yall.
