Our final class is here. 🤍 I TRUST Embody Your Feminine Power This class brings everything we have explored together: listening to the body, meeting challenge with choice, allowing softness, and trusting our own direction. We’ll begin with movement and stretching, followed by guided Wim Hof breathwork and an optional cold plunge. Then, we’ll move from cold into warmth, with the sauna and cold plunge open for the rest of the day.
