Hi friends! 🤍 A few things I’ve been loving about life in NC lately…

🤍 Morning coffee with crisp mountain air

🤍 Discovering the most charming local shops

🤍 Golden hour drives that somehow never get old

🤍 Dinner, Drinks and views at places like @canyonkitchen at Lonesome Valley—worth it every single time

🤍 Time spent with Highlands-Cashiers Land Trust @hcltnc—learning, hiking, and appreciating this place on a deeper level

🤍 Taking a cooking class @thebarnnc or @lapostenc—such a fun way to gather and experience something new

It’s a different pace, but full in all the right ways.

Would love to hear your favorite spots or hidden gems ⤵️

Happy (almost) spring! I can feel the changes coming - birds are chirping, little green shoots and daffodils poking out, only a couple of weeks until the farmers markets open! We’re working hard on re-stocking the shop with so many yummy wines and essential cooking tools and ingredients! I’m also posting amazing classes, tastings and events to La Poste’s website!

Most importantly, now!!, is the time to begin saving your desired dates for private group cooking classes, pizza parties, wine tastings + bocce parties!

Check out the website for info www.lapostenc.com or email me for details at lapostewineshop@gmail.com

We can’t wait to help you make amazing memories in the mountains this year! 🌞🍷🍕🍾⛱️👩🏼‍🍳❤️

Christmas Dinner has always been a big deal in our house. Every year we seek out the seasons finest and most decadent ingredients for a true FEAST. Join me for a masterclass in the Fête de Noël @lapostenc on December 18th. In our opinion, French food is the best dinner party food, the holiday edition is superb, grand, and always a touch old school. Picture here are some past Christmas hits! Pâté en Croute, Foie Gras, Salmon Tarte Bretagne, Black Truffle Chicken Ballantine, and the illustrious French onion dip with Trout Roe.
