At Party Tenders CLT, we've expanded our bar decor offerings to include everything from floral arrangements and rechargeable lamps to custom bar menus and frames.

For the longest time, nobody really thought about styling the bar when planning their wedding decor, so we originally stuck with the basics: neutral greenery and white fairy lights. But when I was looking back through past wedding photos recently, I realized that while our setup always looked nice, every wedding was starting to look the same.

To mix things up, I invested in silk flowers, decorative vases, lamps, picture frames, koozie baskets, crystal drink dispensers, crystal garnish caddies and a Canva membership to create custom bar menus.

Now, I always ask my brides if they have anything planned for the bar. If they don't, I offer to take it completely off their plate—all I need to know is what flowers they're using and their wedding colors.

In this reel, you can see some of our recent weddings where couples took me up on that offer! This is really just the beginning, too—we have so many different styling options available, and we're happy to provide them as part of our service at no additional charge.

At the end of the day, my goal is to make sure every wedding bar we run is not only fun and efficient, but visually stunning and completely cohesive with the couple's overall wedding aesthetic.

This couple pictured a sunset over the Blue Ridge Mountains as their wedding painting backdrop…but it rained.

No problem for me 🤷‍♀️

I even included some of the mountain mist if you look closely.

Weddings in nature will always be my favorites to paint- rain, shine, or snow. Thank you again, Jonathan and Jordyn! 🤎

A little boho, a little moody, and so perfectly fall 🤎

This wedding had such a special feel — warm autumn tones, organic textures, dried elements, and florals that fit the setting perfectly.

This is only a little glimpse, and we already can’t wait to share more from this beautiful day 🍂

Postcards from Trevor and Maggie’s wedding at New River Barn

There was something really special about the intimacy of their celebration. A smaller gathering surrounded by the people who know them best, where every moment felt personal and everyone had a part in the story.

A reminder that a wedding doesn’t have to be grand to feel unforgettable. Sometimes it’s simply about being surrounded by your favorite people and having the time of your life together.
