Had the honor and privilege to run in the Cow Harbor 10K this past week. An event that lived up to the hype, really incredible and by far the best run I have participated in. Beat my goal time, had donuts 3 miles in and got a sprint finish, I couldn’t have asked for more. Shoutout to pit crew @thebeagledad and Ed, the best crew I could’ve asked for 💪

NYS Parks Summer Race Series #8 - Jones Beach State Park 5 Miler (Rain delayed 5K) ((Soaking sock)) (((Season Finale)))

What an amazing series, went to places I’ve never been to, met a ton of amazing people and heard their inspiring stories, and got to experience a bunch of my friends first organized runs.
Never in my life would I have ever thought I would be sad that a run series ends, but here we are, it’s never too late to change.

Life gets easier when you start running through puddles rather than avoiding them

NYS Parks Summer Race Series #7 - Heckscher State Park 5K. Was honored to have @jfrankkiee and @j.changa45 join the squad for their first 5K. Such a privilege to see your close friends push themselves and leave it all out on the field. Congrats to @kerriepiccolo for having a PR 💪. Big shoutout to @erinmcardle @lillimartinez_ @ruby_cheema for hanging with the kiddos during the event. Beautiful night, beautiful life.

I am still so blown away by James, never stopped running and even was able to have a sprint finish at the end. Couldn’t be more proud of everyone.

NYS Parks Summer Run Series #6 Hempstead Lake State Park 5K (Missed Vacation) Made up the 5K this morning with Layla. We had @yogandii join the squad for his first organized 5K. Eventful morning, a car hit the pole and lost power. 6 down 2 to go

NYS Parks Summer Race Series #5 - Robert Moses State Park 1 Mile. Does Robert Moses actually live here? FYI running on the beach is more challenging than advertised. Definitely a fun battle with the fellas @thebeagledad @kerriganfox @harryyz

NYS Parks Summer Race Series #2 - Sunken Meadow State Park 10K With @thebeagledad. First time running this course so beautiful besides Cardiac Hill. First time climbing Cardiac Hill, it lived up to its reputation (Slide 3). We also got, got by someone we asked to take a photo for us. He deserves the clout

Last night was also my first “official” 10K big milestone for Steven and I. Within 1 year of getting into running we now have officially competed in a 5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon and ultramarathon. What a fucking ride, there’s no one else I’d rather do it with. Congrats brother
