It’s your first Father’s Day, but your journey to fatherhood started long before Luna was born. 🌙✨ Back when we first started dating, we’d talk about the kind of family we wanted and what we hoped our future would look like. Over the last 5 years, you’ve shown me time and time again the kind of husband and father you would be. From supporting me through pregnancy to helping me through every contraction, you showed up for us in ways I’ll never forget. 🥹 And now, watching you love Luna is even more beautiful than I imagined. The way you care for her, comfort her, and hold her close makes me fall in love with you all over again. Happy first Father’s Day. Luna and I are so lucky to have you. 🤍

26 weeks & counting 🌸 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: • grapes 🍇 • all things protein (ground turkey + chicken on repeat) • sandwiches & wraps • spicy food 🌶️ (per usual) • ice cold water 💦 • chips, chips, and more chips (per usual) • one random night of just meatballs • eggs (even more than before) • avocados, always 🥑 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀: • stronger kicks 🫶🏾 • feet hurt if I stand too long • supportive shoes only ☁️ (@on for the win) • tired is an understatement → naps required also feeling very grateful I haven’t had any morning sickness or nausea this entire pregnancy (knock on wood). eating has not been a problem, lol. This weekend, we officially kicked off Farmers Market Food Diaries — a new series exploring local farmer's markets around the Bay Area. Our first stop was the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market at the Ferry Building, one of the most beloved markets in SF with fresh, local produce and over 100+ vendors on Saturdays and lots to explore on Tuesday & Thursday too. 🌯🥕🍪 We drove in from Alameda early — no traffic and parking was easier than expected - and the weather was beautiful, so everything felt so alive. From warm, fresh bread to a flaky Jamaican chicken patty from Peaches Patties, and of course something sweet from Delightful Foods (that strawberry pie did not disappoint 🍓)... every stop was worth it. Beal went for the tofu mushroom dumpling from Papa's Dumplings, and it was too good not to share. We're so excited to explore more farmer's markets around the Bay Area! #BayAreaEats #FarmersMarketFinds #SFfoodie

I ain’t gonna hold you, what this past weekend meant to me, I gotta speak from the heart, no GPT. Going into my third year of Invest Fest, my dream last year was to be on the stage this year. I’ve had great progression in my brand, some monumental moments, and I’m comfortable with saying that I didn’t do enough to get on that main stage yet. So as I’m waiting for my moment, I decided to make my own stage, the @rapdillz Stage. Making this decision, having a target on who I wanted to connect with, who I wanted to interview, and my purpose of bringing value to the vendors became one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my brand. Not to make this too spiritual, but how everything happened was divine, the people I crossed paths with, the meaningful moments, the help, the support, the love that was being shown, and all of the L’s in the past years that became lessons..I got to put those things to work with my interviewing skills. All of the equipment I’ve invested in over the years, I got to put that to work with my camera skills and truly believing that I am a visionary, bringing my vision to life by making my booth into the RapDillz Stage. I just want to thank everybody that sat down, supported, told their stories, and gave their knowledge on the RapDillz Stage. Full interviews and clips will start releasing this week and throughout the rest of the month.
