Some days are tough - it's hard to get out of bed because your muscles are sore from rehearsal the night before. Muscles you didnt even know could be sore. Your work day was long and tiring and you have just enough time to get home to feed yourself and the cats before class. But when you walk into the studio, all your troubles, doubts, insecurities disappear. Instead you're greeted by those who genuinely care about how your week was. Someone might even compliment your sweater. And then the music starts. Instantly nothing is as tough as it seems and you feel motivated, confident, and inspired.
That's when you can really feel your Pulse. ❤

As a child, did you embrace nap time happily, or fight it tooth and nail? 👧🏻
As an adult, do you find yourself yearning for a midday reset? 👱🏻‍♀️ The Midday Movement series at The Annex continues through February, so you have three more chances to gently dance through flows and deep stretch Tuesdays at noon, or adventure through Yogalates on Thursdays at noon. We’ll even have a mat already set out for you. Ahhh.
