@meghankelly925 was only 20 years old when she started out at @thebeat925 . That was 12 years ago and these days you can find her on the dial Monday to Thursday from 1 pm to 4 pm and two evenings a week. The proud West Islander is as nice in person as she sounds on the air. Tomorrow she will speaking to students at her former johnrenniehs. #montrealradio #montrealmedia #montrealmusic #thebeat925 #johnrenniehighschool

This version is slowed down to 0.75 speed so you can follow the choreography more easily.

Once you’ve got it, move on to the full-speed version and dance it through from beginning to end.

When the biggest radio in Montreal talks about your community movement... 📻🇨🇦

Hearing the Beat Breakfast Club feature our project on @thebeat925 this morning was absolutely surreal! 🤯😭

As a Belgian living in Montreal for a year now, my ultimate dream is to bring this incredible running club energy back home to the Holy Grounds. 🇧🇪➡️🇨🇦➡️🇧🇪

Project supported by @beauzworld and now backed by the city’s biggest radio! 💥 The whole team @byprotocol is ready to make history.

@tomorrowland let’s team up and make this happen! 🏃‍♂️🔊⚡

👇 No matter where you are from, if you want to see and BE PART of this project, spam TOMORROWLAND in the comments to let them know! Let’s get it! 🔥😘

Today, I had the pleasure of volunteering @parkinsoncanada #superwalk @baiedurfeqc ❤️ It was inspiring to see hundreds of people show up to support the #parkinsons community. I enjoyed working with fellow volunteers 😊 I was happy to meet @donnasaker who is such a champion for the cause 💪 The team put together a beautiful event!
