DONO HEFNER IS BETTING ON HIMSELF AND THE DMV.

In February 2027, Hefner will launch OAF Wrestling, an independent wrestling promotion coming to the DC area with the inaugural show taking place as Hefner celebrates his 21st birthday.

So why start his own promotion?

“I like being challenged and continuously betting on myself.”

But Hefner's vision goes beyond simply putting on another wrestling show. He believes OAF can become a major player in the DMV, while giving wrestlers another platform to showcase themselves.

“What’s gonna separate me from other wrestling in DC is simply the fact that Dono Hefner is running the show.”

His goal is simple: create opportunities, spotlight talent and do things his way.

The response so far? According to Hefner, overwhelmingly positive.

“Everyone is excited and that already tells you there’s not much wrestling in DC.”

Whether OAF becomes the next major name in the DMV remains to be seen. But one thing is already clear:

Dono Hefner isn't waiting for the wrestling landscape to change. He's trying to change it himself. Dono said leave the politics at home and he's got the rest handled. Follow @oafpwrestling to stay updated but as always more on this when I get it.
