![If someone asked me, Where should I eat in Thane without taking a risk? These are the 4 places I’d confidently send them to. 👇🏻
🍕 @tranquilshack for genuinely impressive, affordable pizza. A 23-year-old chef is making pizzas here that honestly compete with what you’d expect from much bigger places. I’ve tried almost every pizza on the menu and haven’t had a disappointing one yet. Save room for the tiramisu and burger too.
🍔 @leafyboiburgers if you think a great burger has to be non-veg. Their gourmet smash veg burger is one of those dishes that made me rethink my own bias. Coming from a hardcore non-vegetarian, that says a lot.
🍻 @thebiggsmall when you want good food, a beautiful space and a place where you can actually spend a few hours. Great for dates, chilling with friends or a proper night out, with all-day alcohol offers and some seriously good khow suey.
☕ @toasties.deli for that low-key cafe you discover once and then somehow keep going back to. Good coffee, hot chocolate, fried chicken, pasta and a genuinely nice community vibe. It’s already becoming a daily hangout spot for many people, and the young owner behind it is building something pretty cool.
These aren’t just places I found online. They’re places I’ve personally eaten at and would actually recommend to someone I know.
And yes, I know there are MANY more underrated, value-for-money spots across Thane, Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. This is just part 1. 👀
Save this for your next Thane food hunt and send it to that friend who always asks, “Kaha khaye?”
