COLD PLUNGE DAY 1,000 🥶🧊
There it is.
We came. We saw. We conquered.

First, Lindsay — you have been my number one fan from the beginning. You created this. You bought me my first cold plunge, and the rest is history. I love you. ❤️

Jordan — you’re the man who showed us it could be done.

Chris — we haven’t officially met, but we’ve been plunge buddies for almost 500 days.

Jade, my friend from the future — you’re doing great! You’re only a few weeks away from Day 500.

Arctic Beast — I appreciate all our late-night conversations. We’ve been going through the struggles of cold plunging together since the early days.

Cam and Richard — you two are absolute units. I hope to plunge for as many days as you have.

And The Big Stepper 365 — cold plunging isn’t his thing, but he definitely gets it done. His discipline of choice is the nemesis of most of us: the StairMaster.
Over 4 years. Every damn day. At least an hour.
And this man doesn’t half-ass it. He absolutely destroys it every single time.

Thank you to Coldture for the great cold plunge I’ve enjoyed for the last 500 days.

And now…

I’m going to bed. 😂

I’m excited because I’m about to plunge with my friend this afternoon and celebrate this thing properly.

Have a great rest of your day, my friend.
Peace ✌️
Be consistent. Do hard things. 💪🥶

AngieB and Madre… a get the money story… There are no gate keepers only gate builders and if you build your gate a gate builder will see use in your skills… until then use the formulas set out bull by the builders to build your gate 😶‍🌫️ the process provides… your people are counting on your dedication to yourself 😶‍🌫️GTMGTM #getthemoney

I continue to get to the gym in the am with all the stress from the power outage, not being able to work, and bill still rolling in. Hey but I’m still counting my blessings!!! The gym has truly become my peace….. I pray, grind, struggle, grow, and etc.. while in the gym. So I encourage everyone to find your peace where you can give God the glory even in the midst of the storm🙏🏾🙏🏾 @_jd_0227 on the spot and motivation

Because @thebigstepper365 radiates inspiring motivation without even knowing it. Thank you so much for the push you give me everyday! One day my legs will look like yours, and I'll be able to dance on that stair master without bussing my face open. 🤣🤣🤣 #yepyougotcaught #motivation #bigsteppingintoanewseason #endurance #inspiration #goals

I am a BLACK MAN!..... I build .... I don't tear down other BLACK MEN! ....I have felt the pain of being torn down and I have decided I will be deliberate about building others! If I didn't tag you, please don't be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we men find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let's do something positive!!🌟 💫
Upload 1 picture of yourself...ONLY you. Then tag as many brothers to do the same. (IG ONLY ALLOWS 20 Tags). Let's build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. 🖤🖤 COPY AND PASTE 🖤🖤
If I tagged you, don't disappoint me
