✨Vision✨

Imagine yourself 1 year from now…. What are you doing? Who are you with? What impact are you having?

Now imagine 5 years…. 10 years…

Having a vision for the future is a strength that good leaders possess.

The ability to put your goals, dreams, and plans out onto paper gives you a jumpstart on making that a reality.

Some call it manifestation. I call it vision, dedication, and hard work.

The Inner Circle continues their journey this month by considering their future ✨

The Inner Circle takes on Uncovering Your Why✨

Uncovering Your Why, or your purpose for being in this planet, sounds like a daunting task, doesn’t it?

But it doesn’t have to be.

Being fully connected to this part of you is what leads to personal transformation.

Inspired by Simon Sinek’s ‘Start With Why,’ this concept helps us connect deeply with our purpose and passion.

Sinek says over and over, “It’s not just about what you do, but why you do it.”

Pay attention to:
- where your mind wanders
- what you’re doing when you lose all sense of time
- what you “wish” you were doing
- when you feel elated and light

Already know your why? Let us know below! ⬇️

This month’s Inner Circle focus is on aligning with your strengths - what you are innately skilled at and uniquely qualified for.

What are you really, really great at?

What comes to you so naturally that you don’t even realize it’s a strength?

What do others praise you for consistently?

Maybe you make an amazing, drool worthy five course meal, or are the Hostess with the Mostess.

Maybe you have a way of delivering difficult messages to others that makes them feel seen and heard.

Perhaps you understand the analytics of baseball or can see the potential in a dilapidated home.

Don’t downplay these gifts - they are uniquely yours.

The Inner Circle participants will dive deep into their strengths to better understand how to find alignment and clarity in their lives.

By doing the hard, inner work, you can become clearer on what lights you up and fuels your fire.

Just because you’re on one ladder now, doesn’t mean you can’t change your trajectory.

In collaboration with @thebigwhisper, participants in the Inner Circle begin at the foundation… fear.

We spend two full sessions together talking about fear as an inhibitor to a fulfilling life.

Fear can creep into our minds in many ways - self-doubt, imposter syndrome, analysis paralysis, second guessing….

By taking on fear first, Inner Circle participants build an awareness of fear and turn that fear into fuel for personal and professional growth.

Interested in joining a future Inner Circle? We are running a virtual version starting in April!

All emotions carry energetic vibrations. Your emotions are your vibrations, and your vibrations are what you attract. So whatever emotions you feel... you're going to attract more of them.

The higher your vibration (frequency), the better you feel and the more you can easily attract the life, things & people you truly desire and that are for your highest good.

The emotion code allows us to identify & release low vibrational energies in the body such as fear, guilt, and shame to allow for higher vibrational energy to come in giving us a sense of peace, acceptance, courage & happiness.

If you find yourself in a lower frequency energy and you're able to recognise that, try & bring yourself into a state of gratitude to counteract it and help raise your vibrational energy.

💭 TRUE STORY. ONE DAY I WOKE UP FROM A DREAM AND IN THAT DREAM I HAD AN INSTAGRAM SHOW CALLED THE ART OF STARTING...⁣
⁣
It started out as just a casual idea. I had a few ladies come on Instagram and go live with me. But after the dream, I realized this needed to become a reality.⁣
⁣
So far I’ve gone live with 14 incredibly passionate & talented humans from different industries.⁣
⁣
As you might imagine, this show is all about STARTING... Starting means different things to me. It means carving out a unique space for yourself in the world that didn’t exist before. It means starting again after a big transition, loss or shift. It means starting down a path you’ve never been on before...⁣
⁣
Over the course of my 15 episodes there have been so many great quotable moments, gems of wisdoms and powerful takeaways about what it means to start. ⁣
⁣
📣 SO, I’M BRINGIN YA QUOTABLE MOMENTS FROM THE ART OF STARTING BC THIS SHOW & MY GUESTS INSPIRE THE HECK OUTTA ME.⁣
⁣
Here’s one from @alisongilbert of @thebigwhisper on The Art of Starting, Episode 13.⁣
⁣
What if you made the PROCESS your goal? What would that look like for you? LMK BELOW ➡️💋
