NEW HOME ⛩️ We officially moved into our new permanent home at Ironside Miami. 📍7520 NE 4th Ct #107 Miami, FL 33138 You can also tap the location in our bio and it’ll take you straight there. A few things to know before class: • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get settled. • Doors close 5 minutes after class starts. • We provide your yoga mat. Just bring a large towel. • BYO water bottle. Water is available at the studio for refills. PARKING Free street parking is available around Ironside. If you’re parking inside the property, we recommend using the third parking lot and the last entrance. The first hour is free, and additional time is charged. And yes, there’s a coffee shop on site for your post-class coffee. ☕️ We’re open Monday through Sunday, with new class times coming to the schedule. Book your Strength Training class through the link in bio. Welcome to our new home 🖤

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. 🩶 Thank you for being here, for believing in us, and for having so much patience with us through this entire journey and transition. Today, we stood in the space we always dreamed of for all of you, for us, and the space we knew we deserved. And our very first Saturday class in our new location… WOW. 🥹 The energy was unreal. You completely blew my mind. The love, the excitement, the high energy… everything was beyond what I could have imagined. Looking around and seeing all of you there made me realize that this dream isn’t just ours anymore. We built this together. Thank you for walking with us, trusting us, and never giving up on us. I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH. 🤎 And if this is how we’re starting… THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. ✨ ——— Hoy quiero detenerme un momento para decirles GRACIAS. 🩶 Gracias por estar aquí, por creer en nosotros y por tener tanta paciencia durante todo este camino y esta transición. Hoy estuvimos en el espacio que siempre soñamos para ustedes, para nosotros y el espacio que sabíamos que merecíamos. A veces crecer también significa volver a ser principiante. 🤍 Durante mucho tiempo pensé que avanzar era tener cada vez más claro qué quería hacer, hacia dónde iba y cuál era “mi camino”. Hoy pienso diferente. También es avanzar darte permiso de cambiar de opinión, descubrir nuevas pasiones, volver a estudiar, sentirte perdida un ratito, equivocarte y empezar otra vez. Hoy me gradué de BMM Method 🫀después de vivir un profesorado intensivo 1:1 que terminó enseñándome muchísimo más de lo que esperaba. Gracias Mari🫀, por enseñarme técnica, sí, pero sobre todo por recordarme que todavía tengo muchísimo por aprender y que eso es algo increíble. 🤍 A los 32 no siento que estoy empezando de cero. Estoy empezando otra vez, pero con todo lo que ya viví conmigo. Y qué lindo saber que todavía puedo ser muchas versiones más de mí. 🥹 Officially BBM Method certified.

A morning of movement with purpose. 🇻🇪 We partnered with @bmmmoves to create something that felt like home. A very intenseee HIIT class, Venezuelan-inspired flavored shakes — Toddy, Fresas con Crema, Chicha — and proceeds going directly to @sun.risas for the earthquake relief. Grateful for everyone who sweated, sipped, and gave. Together, we are stronger.
