Throwback to the Rooftop Mixer on Day 1 of my last Scale with Referrals Retreat

One of my favorite downtown views in Phoenix!

On top of the Cambria Hotel... we had space to relax, laugh, connect and continue the momentum from a powerful day 🔥

And now I’m pumped because it’s almost time to see so many people again at the next retreat!

We’re sold out past our capacity of 50 coaches

And now I’m working on seeing how we can add a few extra seats - reach out to the person who referred you to have your name on the waitlist!

"Community is the Key"

This is what I realized after making it through one of the hardest rough patches of my life...

Despite my skills..
Despite my experience...
Despite my accomplishments...

During this time in my life, I was drowning... the harder I tried, the faster I sunk

It was only much later, after making it through, I realized...

"The easiest, fastest, best *and most fun* results in my life... came when I was in community."

In the right rooms with the right people... with the collision of ideas, feedback and support... everything just flows so much smoother

This is the core principle I share in my Referral Retreats

Community is the key that opens up the clarity on our offer, confidence in our next leap forward... because we have people who have our back and will tell us the truth when we are off base from our path

Now, I know deep in my bones that I am nothing without the people around me

I'm nothing without the communities I'm a part of

Day 1 is off to a great start!

Conversations flowing, people smiling and the focus for the day is clear:

𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬

Whether it’s more clients, more stages or more partnerships..

The question is “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 #𝟏 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰?”

In my experience… the clearer the ask, the better the referrals

*So simple… but you’d be surprised how many people are hard to refer since they’re not clear!

Which is why Day 1 we focused on being 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫 vs 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫...

Having breakout time for people to talk and get feedback

In fact, one person… based on one conversation… went and got a $25k sale later that night!

Choose your rooms carefully - eventually, they become the life you build. 👷🏻‍♀️🧱🏡

I’ve been in @fourroomsmastermind for the last two years and every time I leave I’m on a high.

In an industry that often rewards being louder, more visible and always doing “more”, there’s something incredibly refreshing about being in rooms where influence doesn’t need an introduction, generosity isn’t transactional and no one feels the need to prove they’re important.

Here’s to spending time in rooms where…

- good humans genuinely want to see other good humans win.
- success and kindness aren’t mutually exclusive.
- people celebrate each other without competition.
- conversations go beyond business and into health, relationships, purpose, family and becoming better people.
- people show up with generosity instead of ego.
- you don’t feel like anyone is performing... just being fully themselves.

The rooms that change your business are rarely just about business. They’re about the people who quietly raise your standards simply by the way they live, lead and love the people around them.

Really grateful for this community and for another long weekend spent with magical humans ✨🤍✨

POV: you go to one @davidbayer33 event and start calling out your own limiting beliefs mid sentence 🙃😅

A few things that deeply clicked after the Powerful Living Experience:

~We can’t create from a place of survival. Moving out of primal state is when clarity and creativity comes. Nothing outside of us changed. We did. ✨ (note: this DOES require radical self awareness and the decision to leave victimhood behind)

~Our limiting beliefs are just *stories we forgot we chose* (and often programmed into us at a young age). And if a belief doesn’t feel good in our body, it’s not our ultimate truth. BELIEFS ARE DECISIONS. DECIDE AGAIN. 🧠 (2nd note- again, this requires radical self awareness and leaving victimhood behind 🙃)

~Suffering is not the experience itself. It’s the meaning we keep giving the experience, like it’s an identity. We can honor the pain and still let the old story die. We have to so the next version of us can breathe. 🌬️ (Again, you know what this requires...)

Part of being human IS experiencing primal states, limiting beliefs, and suffering. Life can feel (and legitimately be) really heavy sometimes. It's what we decide to do next, and how long we decide to stay in those states and stories, that matters.

This isn't about bypassing pain. It's acknowledging it, honoring it in the body, and then consciously choosing how you show up from there.

The frequency and energy we resonate at (created by our thoughts, beliefs, actions, what we consume), will bring in more of the same.

David has a way of taking things we've probably kind of heard before, and really making them land in a tangible way. Check out his podcast A Changed Mind - https://davidbayer.com/podcast/

It is also FASCINATING to watch him coach people live. Wow wow wow. 🤯❤️‍🔥

Already counting down until next year's Powerful Living Experience.

Still feeling this one.
We gathered, opened, released… and something unexpected and ancient met us in the water.

The whole night felt alive. Real. Like something deeper is starting to take root here at my new temple space.

Grateful for everyone who showed up fully ❤️‍🔥

If you were there, I’d love to hear what stayed with you.

We’re just getting started. We are here Austin🙏🏼🙌🏼❤️‍🔥 I’m excited for all that is to come!

You know you're in the right room...your room...your people

When you walk in and instead of energy depletion settling in, you feel electrified, inspired, hopeful

@fourroomsmastermind is more than community, it's connection

As an entrepreneur, life can feel at times like it's closing in on you, all of the decisions and impact are on your shoulders.

Grateful to be a part of this crew, this framily with these humans as we live this human experience

Humans that lift me, stretch me, expect more of me and go all in with their hearts and their give

@ambermariespears you are the real relationship champion.

Thank you for the careful curation time and time again for the room no one ever wants to leave!

Swipe to see me embracing the heat and cold with incredible souls in Phoenix →

In these photos, you’ll find me in @timberarched’s mobile sauna and cold plunge with my new Manifestor friend @thebookcarver + @mikaal_manifests_21 - two practices I never thought I’d embrace, yet here I am, expanding beyond my own limitations.

This Phoenix retreat, masterfully guided by @sebastiancruze, showed me something powerful: I’m creating more space than ever before. Space in my subconscious. Space for new perspectives. Space to hold my whole self - introvert and learned extrovert alike - with radical tenderness.

And here’s what I’m here to share with YOU:

Just as I sat in that sauna with Jim, diving into soul-deep connection and expanding our capacity to truly see ourselves, I’m here to sit with you in your own fire. To help you clear what’s blocking your path forward.

Being surrounded by 4 other Manifestors who brought their full, unfiltered selves taught me that we can be our wholehelluvalotness while still creating space for others to discover new depths within themselves.

My Life Without Limits motto isn’t just about my journey - it’s about showing you how much more capacity you have for love, for dreams, for your next bold step.

If you’re ready to remove what’s holding you back, I’m here to sit with you through it. The thrill of my life is walking alongside magical dreamers like you as you clear your path and create what’s next.

Ready to dive deep? Let’s connect.
xoxo

Wowzers!

This past weekend was one for the books in so many different ways

What an honor it was to see my brother @sebastiancruze put on an epic experience for the Dream 100 Retreat: UNITE

Incredible people, stunning venue, and powerful energy doesn’t even begin to describe what we all experienced

The food from @eatmadfresh was out of this world

I learned so much about referrals from a stance of being energetically aligned, as well as putting together an incredible, clean, irresistible gift for people to refer clients to you.

So much clarity came from this weekend

I was also extremely challenged by people that can see the best in me and call me up to a new standard

It’s uncomfortable to grow, but it’s one of the most fulfilling things that I’ve ever experienced

Getting to speak after winning an award at the dinner, as well as being on the panel with a group of rockstars, was such an honour and so grateful for the opportunities.

In addition, we again implemented Vision Espresso into the entire event where people could hear their future self speak to them with emotional frequencies while sitting on the @inharmonyinteractive vibro-acoustic meditation cushion.

The coolest part is we are actively measuring HRV and heart coherence, which are some of the leading indicators for health and well-being.

The data is distinctly telling us that our process is elevating those numbers significantly which feels like we’re making strides towards our mission of raising global consciousness

We’ll be continuing to communicate and share more of these findings as we progress.

Overall, all I can say is I’m grateful.

Thank you to everyone who was a part of it.

Much love

P.S. This venue was in several of my clients’ videos that we created for them when we first started Vision Espresso. Absolutely bonkers because I was the one creating these videos looking at this house over and over and over again, and then what do you know… I spent an entire weekend in it lol
