🧗🏻‍♀️ Yoga instructors need their climbing time, too! 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Checking out @thestackchico and getting some climbing in before heading home! 🪨💪

As a novice climber, understanding the physical demands of climbing helps me better understand how to teach yoga poses, mobility, balance, and flexibility to support a climber’s practice. Because yoga isn’t just about touching your toes—it’s about moving with intention, building body awareness, and finding strength in new ways. 🙌🏼

Climbers, let’s get you flowing! 🧘🏻‍♀️💚 @carlodenali

📍 Catch me teaching yoga at @theboulderfield every Monday at 6 PM!

Checked out this awesome gym again cuz I’m going to @aftershockfestival in Sacramento 🌞
First purple tag here but it’s definitely V6- for my box hehe. Wasn’t strong enough for a real paddle but this felt good too~

Saturday's adventure, Challenge myself on a 55lb campusboard. I wouldn't recommend doing this but if you, be careful. #campusboard #punjabirap #punjabivideos #punjabimusic #punjabisongs

Another campus board challenge with 45lb plate. I dont recommend anyone trying it, 1 bad miss grip and the fall won't be good. #campusboard #punjabirap #punjabivideos #punjabimusic #punjabisongs

Wind It Up V7 ✅
@theboulderfield 🟣 🏷️ (V6-V8)
One of my favorite purple boulders at TBF in a while. I’ve been doing a lot of TB2 board climbing which coincidentally prepared me quite well for the flip to the undercling and the throw out left to the crimp. Not a boulder where you can afford to make mistakes, which is what I love about it. It feels like a solid V7 to me, but come try it out and let me know what you think! 🦈
