POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Not the outcome I worked so hard for, and I won’t lie, this one hurts. But that’s part of the fight game. Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.

I’m disappointed, but far from defeated. Grateful for my coaches, teammates, family, sponsors, and everyone who continues to support me through the highs and lows.

I’ll take this loss as a lesson, keep my head up, and come back stronger, smarter, and better than ever.

The goal remains the same. This is just part of the journey. 🙏🏽🥊❤️

You want people to take your career seriously? Start taking yourself seriously.

You know how many hours you train every week—but you don’t know how much you’re eating, sleeping, recovering, or what you’re doing outside of practice to take care of your body?

And then something hurts and suddenly you’re looking for a peptide, steroid, supplement, or some fucking shortcut.

I’m not anti-peptide. I’m anti-lazy.

And “I don’t know” isn’t good enough.

You don’t know? Fucking find out.

Ask questions. Learn your body. Learn your sport. Do the rehab. Eat. Sleep. Recover. Do the boring shit nobody sees.

Nobody is going to want your career more than you do.

Want more for yourself, or the world will pass you the fuck by.

🐼 You want to be a pro? Act like one.
