Turning 29 this week so I celebrated with 29 clean and jerks at 290lbs.

Might have a little more grey in my beard, but there’s plenty of gas in the tank!

Please don’t ask me how long this took 😅

We are nearing just 1️⃣ MONTH from Kentucky’s most epic CrossFit competition… the Richmond Rumble‼️

For the barbell masters 🏋️‍♂️, gymnastics specialists 🤸, and even our machine technicians ⚒️ , the Rumble has it all. But don’t take our word for it. Swipe through these pics from last year’s event and let the story unfold. You don’t wanna miss it.

For tonight only, you can use this code SAVE10 to save 💴 at registration. We can’t wait to see you on the comp floor on November 9th 😤

I don’t think #TheMurph gets any easier each year, but it’s incredible that we all come together—both the same crew and new faces—to celebrate/honor the brave men and women who fought for our freedom. #Thankful #NeverForget #FreedomIsntFree #MemorialDay
