POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
From coaching the transformation to capturing it for posterity. As a nutritionist and fitness consultant, it’s my job to get my clients to their desired physiques - ability wise and aesthetics wise, both. As a photographer and filmmaker, i sometimes also help them capture their achievement for posterity. Sometimes it’s just for a poster on their own home walls and doesn’t even show up on social media. Because it is infact a milestone, an achievement to get to your finest body atleast once in a lifetime. And these photos mean much more than just pictures, to them, they are stories of getting over a lot of personal challenges from fat shaming to ridicule to societal judgement and more. It’s not just a transformation. It’s not just a photoshoot. It’s taking the reins of life and saying, “THIS IS ME. AND IM FCKING AMAZING.” Cheers! Yesterday I did 3 classes with Shifu @aadharmalhotra. One in the morning at @theboxtraininghub and then two in the evening at @mmcdojo. To make things even more interesting, the ACs weren’t working, so it felt like we were training inside an oven! There’s something incredibly satisfying about pushing my body beyond what I think it’s capable of. It definitely doesn’t get any easier with age, but that’s exactly what makes it rewarding. #martialarts #training #exercise #noexcuse #onelove
