One thing I’ve learned over nearly two decades in this profession is that not all representation is created equal.

As nannies, we spend years building our reputation. We invest in continuing education, earn certifications, advocate for fair contracts, and dedicate ourselves to being true professionals. The agency we choose should reflect those same values.

Being well-known and being well-established aren’t always the same thing.

Ask questions. Do your research. Read the contracts. Understand the process. Don’t let excitement outweigh due diligence.

Our profession deserves to be taken seriously; and that starts with us expecting the same from the people representing it.

What are the biggest green flags (or red flags) you look for in a nanny agency?

Well… I guess that answers that. 😂

For everyone who kept asking, “Where’s the agency?”

I clicked the link expecting, you know…an agency.

Instead?

Season 2 casting application🫪.

So if you’ve been wondering why some of us have been questioning whether there was ever an actual agency behind all of this…that’s exactly why.

Turns out the only thing currently recruiting is the TV show. 🎬

This one means a lot.

In television, for every project that gets announced, there are dozens that never make it past a pitch, a deck, or development.

A huge amount of work goes into getting a show to this stage, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring BALLS DEEP to life.

Thank you to our cast, partners, network partners.

Proud of this one

More to come✨
