There’s a heavy misconception that muscles make women look manly.

Because of this lie, many women either just stick to cardio or they avoid the gym entirely for fear of losing their femininity.

However, there are SO many healthy benefits that come when women lift weights:

- boosts metabolism
- strengthens bones
- improves heart health
- increases energy and reduces fatigue
- reduces anxiety and improves mood
- helps regulate hormones
- supports better posture
- promotes long-term healthy aging
- enhances body shape
- and builds LEAN, TONE muscle!

Strong doesn’t erase femininity; it defines it. Building muscle as a woman is so much more than just getting stronger. It impacts the mind, the heart and the body together as a whole.

If you’re scared of the gym or intimidated by the weights section, my DMs are always open! ✨🩷🫶
