I don’t know everything, but I know what I know! After 5 years of full-time entrepreneurship, I can assure you that the motivational quotes might help you find the language to what you’re feeling the first time your business enter a slow season…but it’s not going to give you what you need.

Slow seasons happen in every business, so what I needed in Year 1, was for someone who was 5, 10, 15+ years in this thang to tell me “oh girl that’s normal! Here’s how you navigate it.”

Motivation is cute.
But movement is better.
I've been to enough conferences to know the difference.

One gives you pages of notes, a few screenshots, and a framework you swear you're going to use Monday. 🤦🏽 ♀️

The other changes what happens after you leave.

Because feeling energized is easy.
You can feel energized skydiving, swimming at the beach, or scratching that deep nagging itch on your back.

But.. What did you do with it?

That's the part I care about.

Stop it🛑! We know that's not you!
AI can make you faster. But it can also make you forgettable.

And I think that's the conversation we need to be having now.
Because everybody is learning how to prompt better, automate more, create faster...

But somewhere in all that efficiency, we better make damn sure we don't automate away the thing people actually want to connected with.. YOU!
