DAYSHIFT 02.

This is what we wanted DAYSHIFT to feel like.

A room full of people who may not normally train together, showing up, and immediately becoming part of the same environment.

High standards without ego.
Community through competition.
Everyone has a place. Every effort matters.

As coaches, we can program workouts anywhere, in any space. But what we’re building is a room that people want to be a part of.

A place where you can come to learn, work hard, meet good people, and leave feeling like you were part of something bigger than just another training session.

Thank you to everyone who helped create that room.

See you again on 9/6. 🔗 in bio.

DAYSHIFT 01.

We built DAYSHIFT to create more opportunities for athletes to train the demands of HYROX with purpose - developing muscular endurance, movement quality/efficiency, and the ability to execute under fatigue.

How we train matters. So does how we show up for each other.

High standards without ego.
Community through competition.
Everyone has a place. Every effort matters.

Yesterday, a room full of athletes showed exactly what that looks like.

They worked.
They learned.
They pushed one another.

And they set the tone for what DAYSHIFT can become.

Thank you to every athlete who showed up for the first one.

This is just the beginning.
See you again on 8/23. 🔗 in bio.
