fluffy bed of rice n peas lovely chucks of pepper steak well seasoned ,the boneless jerk was soft juicy and Smokey! With a few plantains on the side and a pot of sweet n spicy jerk sauce to top off a great munch!
(I was defeated and had to come back to finish up for lunch 😂😮‍💨). 8.5/10

Back with another Curry Goat MUST TRY😍🇯🇲

Do you remember my last post from @thecaribpot where I tried the fried chicken, jerk chicken and shtuffffff? Well I had to go back and try the sexy curry goat didn’t I 😍

I ordered:
- curry goat w white rice and plantain
- veggie curry
- mac n cheese
- coleslaw

Listen. I really try to eat red meat quite minimally. But I could quite easily have this for dinner everyday. @thecaribpot you have me in a chokehold with this goat okkk. Help is on the way🤣

The meat was so tender and juicy. The flavours were divine. The veggie curry was so nice, my dad inhaled it but what I tried, I LOVED.

I’m not the biggest mac n cheese fan but I always get it from here. It’s the perfect balance of creaminess and cheesiness and this one was made right on time for my collection so she was sizzlinnnnnn when I got there 🤤🤤🤤

What’s your usual order from the Jamaican takeaway?

📌 SAVE this for your next Caribbean flavour fix 😮‍💨

I was away for a couple of weeks and just got back to London, ready for some yard food. The timing for this meal from @thecaribpot couldn’t have been betterrrr

I ordered the Carib Combo which includes: jerk lamb chop, crispy fried chicken, bbq jerk chicken wings, fries, Carib slaw, fried plantain & @appletonrumuk bbq sauce.

I scoffed the lot in a hot minute 😍 the meat on the wings legit fell off the bone when I bit into them. The lamb was also very tender and juicy. The coleslaw was so delicious I loved it.

If you’re based in South London, I strongly recommend trying out @thecaribpot - it’s collection only and they’re open on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

The food also travels sooo well. I was running errands when I picked my order up so I got home around 50 minutes later. The food was still piping hot!! I was impressed!

I hosted an appreciation dinner for my closet girls the other day and it was beautiful 🥲💖

It was so lovely to sit back, relax and spend quality time with some of my fave people. We enjoyed a delicious private 3-course meal, we laughed we talked, and we acknowledged how grateful we are to have each other. That’s self-care right there!

I’m forever grateful for my girls, God truly blessed me 🙏🏾

I absolutely loved this meal from @thecaribpot , I couldn’t believe how much food I was given, definitely no complaints with the portions of the food.
The curried Lobster was seasoned so well, the sauce was coconuty/ creamy but still had a little kick to it. The lobster was cooked to perfection definitely my favourite out of the two.The Jerk Prawns were sweet and spicy at the same time. I’ll definitely be ordering it again - @kemi_union
