I am so proud of The Casting Collective as the company celebrates its 25th anniversary. For over 17 years I’ve been part of the CC family. Our success and longevity is all down to the fantastic people who have worked with us over the years, including our absolutely smashing current team. It’s all about the people. We celebrated in style the other night with our whole team along with awesome friends of the company including some of our most loyal and supportive extras, many of whom were with the company since the earliest days. Huge congrats CC and I am honoured to be a part of the family. ⭐

Here at CrewHQ we continue to support existing crew with bespoke training.

Last week we welcomed @thecastingcollective for a workshop to discuss everything you need to know about working with an extras agency. Choosing faces, extras rates & paperless chits were just some of the things on the agenda in this session held in our dedicated training centre.

CrewHQ supports existing WBD crew with training for all departments and all levels, below the line in the film and high end TV industry.

At what point do a boy become a MAN?

Have asked many people and gotten many different answers

The most popular answer I get is, when he start living up to his responsibilities, I can understand why they say this but still was not satisfied

My answer to this question is… a boy start becoming a MAN when he start to develop a MIND of his own and not been influence by society or popular believe

What do you guys think? Leave a comment…
