The Book of Caston is more than a comic. It's my story... just told in a different way.

Before music, I was an artist. Then my cousin @dsmitty05 introduced me to recording. We harmonized into a dollarstore computer mic with a sock wrapped around it as a pop filter, using a cracked copy of Cool Pro. I was recoding in Grade 6 over SoundClick beats, recording them through my computer speakers onto an MP3 player my grandma bought me. The house was always loud, so getting everyone quiet was part of the recording process.

That obsession with creating led me into professional studios. Eventually, my brothers and I built our own, recording studio as artists, and gave birth to @thecastons . Music became my language.

Then life changed.

I became a father.

Instead of being in the studio every day, I was home with my daughter. That slower pace brought me back to where it all started... drawing. For the first time in years, I sat with my thoughts, reflected on my journey, and picked up a pencil again.

I had always told my story through music. Now I'm telling it through art.

Every page I draw, every word I write, is another piece of my journey.

This is the birth of "THE BOOK OF CASTON"
