It’s important to get the opening sequence right. While there’s a short prologue, this here is what I consider the true start of the film. Capturing Brad on his own, pacing behind the doors, bobbing to Cyprus Hills “Insane In The Brain” with Sean in the background and the rest of the boys (Kyle, John & Aiden) already on stage. This moment was intense. With the roars of the packed out audience floor seeping into the vestibule. As a photographer you would chat to your subject, in this case with filming in mind I tried to let the moment breathe and let Brad be before emerging onto the stage. Very proud of this shot. Inspired by Christopher Nolan’s signature shot framing the subject from behind. If you haven’t checked out the full film be sure to do so. Link in bio. Watch in glorious 4K on my YouTube Channel, be sure to comment and subscribe your thoughts!
