We at The Holiday United Group were so pumped to cheer on Team Canada at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. Our big highlight was producing the new launch spot for RBC and @rbctrainingground an innovative program that transformed a volleyball player, figure skater, and soccer player into the Canadian Olympic cycling team.

Want to thank our directors Michel + Nico, @thecavalry.tv photographer Riley Smith @rileysmithphoto and our @Recesspost crew who teamed with @dentsu.creative @roosterpost @alteregopost and @eggplantmusicandsound to deliver an end-to-end production solution to showcase the RBC Training Ground athletes.

This month, HUG for Good is proud to support The Terry Fox Foundation with a charitable donation on behalf of Eva’s Angels. We were drawn by the power of Eva, a 14 year old young Toronto woman who is undergoing treatment for osteogenic sarcoma, the same cancer Terry Fox had. A prolific and determined young man, Terry’s strength and courage lives on through Eva, her family and supporters. The strength of this determined young woman continues to lift the spirits of others while she fights her battle with courage and grace. We commend you Eva and wish you all the positive energy and love in the universe. The power of one love to help many, you’re a true super hero and an inspiration to us all. Donations are still being accepted. Click the link in our bio to find out more. #evasangels #nomatterwhat #terryfoxfoundation #hugforgood #evathesuperhero #youarestrongerthanyouthink 💛

Today at HUG we continue our journey on the path of Truth and Reconciliation. At 4:07pm, we will be taking a moment to listen to this drum song to honour the survivors of the residential school system, and to remember those who did not make it home.

4 symbolizes the four corners of the medicine wheel. 7 is to recognize the seven generations of healing we are in.

May the medicine of love guide our journey.

“Your nature is not stasis it is movement. The earth does not look at itself and say “I am perfect, I am done” natures objective is not to complete but to re-become again and again” - @briannawiest ✨✨✨ a raw outtake from the @sephoracanada campaign. Happy Friday!

I have lived in so many versions of myself. Each different and beautiful and each time I allowed myself to grow. Sometimes going back to remember what lives deep within when you have forgotten is a needed place to find inspiration. #tb @ninafarrauto

Here’s a Behind the Scenes look at a @canadiantire Ridgetrek Tire shoot that I worked on this summer for @jorgenson_blake_ The mosquitos and heat were pretty intense but the team didn’t mind and everyone hustled hard to get the job done.
Between snow shovelling and the mosquito swatting I had my camera rolling to capture some of the sights on set and then pack it all into 30 seconds of entertainment!

Recent work up in the alpine during an insane heatwave, ferocious bugs, and creating snow scenes on top just to make it interesting. When I camped out to scout the sunrise I was convinced everybody was going to walk off the set due to the intensity of the freshly hatched mega swarm from a late winter but we all soldiered though. Amazing crew and lots of laughs on this one for @canadiantire Ridgetrek tires.
