Dancing, and dancing again!

Just highlights of life, there were plenty lows

Two years ago, The Central Connect started with one goal: to create the community we wanted to see. 🤎

A space where we can show up for ourselves and each other. A space where we support instead of compete.

Where we connect, grow, give back, share resources, support local businesses, and simply be.

We run, but we are so much more than a run club.
We’re community. We’re connection. We’re a safe space. We’re changing the narrative.

And the connecting continues TONIGHT! 🏃🏾‍♀️☕️🥂

We’re having PJ Night with our partners at No Rush Coffee & Cocktail! Come comfortable, come as you are, and come ready to connect.

😴 Wear your PJs!

This isn’t just a run club. It’s a statement. A movement. A change.
See y’all at 6:30! 🤎🏃🏾‍♀️✨

“Tell me again… that we’ll be lovers and friends.” 🎶🎶

ARE RUN CLUBS THE NEW DATING APPS?

Run clubs were supposed to be about the miles—and they still are. Somewhere between the group runs, post-run conversations, and familiar faces, something else started happening.
PEOPLE HAVE TO MEET SOMEWHERE.
We asked runners what happens when community, chemistry, and cardio begin sharing the same space.
