On August 2nd, 16 years ago, our paths did meet, (thanks to @o_fome )
Little did we know our love would forever be sweet.
In just one week, I knew you were the one,
My heart beats for you, now and forever, my love, my sun.

I approached our relationship with intention and care,
Informing my parents, and seeking permission to show you I'd be there.
Your brother's blessing, I sought with glee,
Promising to love and cherish you, now and eternally.

We dreamed of our future, our family, and our life,
Collecting books for our unborn children, a love-filled strife.
Our love grew stronger, through laughter and through tears,
Reminding ourselves of the gift we shared, through all our fears.

Friends and family invested in our love,
Helping us through squabbles, sent from above.
I was teased by friends, who wondered why I was so true,
But I knew you were my rice, my stew, my everything, anew.

Erisuena and Onakorame (ErixOna), our bond grew strong,
Practically married, our love did belong.
We tied the knot 10 years ago, on March 7th and 8th,
Sealing our love, our commitment, our forever to breathe.

Ten years of marriage, 16 years of love,
A decade of learning, of growing from above.
Our children, our joy, our love does abound,
Together, forever, our hearts resound.

Here's to many more decades, of love, laughter, and fun,
Together, forever, our journey has just begun.
I love you more with each passing day,

GLUTES FOCUS EXERCISE PART 2.

A lot of exercise targets different muscle group at once however depending on how you tweak your leg, movement or any body area, one particular muscle group will be targeted more.

Lunge is one exercise, that can target the qlute and quad simultaneously. And how your legs are positioned will determine if you're building more the quads or glutes.

When you do lunges with long stride (lunging leg a bit far behind) like in the video you'll be targeting and working the glutes. Watch the first move careful. But if you Lunge with short stride (lunging leg closer or narrow) the focus will be on the quads.

If you don't want thick quads do lunges with long strides.

To build that perky 🍑 add one or more of this moves to your routine.

1. Single Leg Lunges (R / L) Long Strides/ 10Kg Pair

2. Hip Thrust / 10kg

3. Single Leg Hip Thrust (R / L ) / 6kg

4. Resistance Band Donkey Kick (R / L)

Do 10- 12 Reps Each for 4 Times

These moves recruit mostly the glute muscles, so if you want to work your lowerbody / glutes without targeting much of the quads (front thighs) incorporate any of the moves.
