Pimento Portrait in Progress 🧵🧀
What's under my needle? A tribute to @thechefjaime — Cary, NC’s pimento cheese champion, flavor magician, and kitchen boss. 🏆✨
Stitching shot cotton, hand-felted olives, pickles, and peppers into something almost as incredible as her creations. Can't wait to "dish out" the finished piece soon!

I had the best time hanging with a couple of chefs I know and made a new chef friend! Y'all rocked those dishes!!! The poetry by Ebony Stewart @gullyprincess was beautifully brilliant, along with inspiring art on display by local artists. The guests & panelists were the icing on the cake. #TheSalonRTP was a true celebration of women. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for inviting me, Jes & Lindsay!

This past Tuesday I had the honor of being a featured Chef to showcase Elevated Palate Personal Chef Service at The Salon RTP event held at HubRTP .. Weird Productions & Jes Averhart put on a dope gathering of amazing women.. Awesome panel discussion... Talented Artist, 🔥 DJ, Phenomenal Chefs.
....
my dish: Broccoli and Aged Cheddar Gnocchi.. Your traditional American Broccoli and Cheddar soup remixed into an Italian classic. Pillowy, soft broccoli gnocchi, paired with a creamy aged Vermont cheddar and parmesan sauce.
