I almost let IMPOSTER SYNDROME talk me out of this experience.

Did I belong? Was I worthy? What was I even doing here?
I’m naturally a little introverted, so the thought of spending days in a house with women I barely knew was WAY outside my comfort zone.

But the moment I walked through those doors, every single doubt disappear.

I’ve NEVER felt so welcomed, so loved or so genuinely SEEN.

I found myself opening up about things I don’t normally share with anyone. I felt PEACE. I felt my confidence come back. I felt HOME. I felt ALIGNED.

But something that stood out to me more than anything?
Nobody cared about your rank. Nobody was throwing their achievements or income in your face. Nobody was treated differently because of what they had or hadn’t accomplished.
There were women in that house at completely different stages of their journeys, different hard stories, different lives, yet you would NEVER have known. I mean, the CEO is with us!

No competition. No comparison. Just love!

Just women genuinely POURING into each other, cheering each other on, supportive and wanting EVERYONE to WIN.

Everyone belongs here.

I walked in questioning whether I was worthy of being there and walked out with BIGGER DREAMS, BIGGER GOALS, more confidence and a SISTERHOOD I never knew I needed.

I went there thinking I was going to learn how to become a better leader. I did. but it was way more than that.

I left knowing how much I AM capable of and how much bigger I was allowed to DREAM.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve been holding yourself back until you’re surrounded by women who see MORE in you than you see in yourself.

and THAT is the kind of room I want to keep building for other women and moms too.

We have room for you here! 💗

Find the girls who don’t just want to see you SHINE, they grab a flashlight to make you shine even BRIGHTER. 🔦✨

The ones who hype you up, cheer you on and NEVER ask you to dim your light. They genuinely want to see you WIN!

Imagine what happens when women start lighting each other UP instead of competing.

There’s room for ALL of us to shine. Never dim your light for someone else.
