Idk how I got this toned but it’s definitely time to pack on some weight 👏👏👏

Life has been absolute chaos to say the least. Every concept of my life has been all over the place meaning nutrition and cals have been last priority (and that’s on me). Here’s to eating lots 👏🎉

Some @hwpotraining bodybuilding work with extra love and sneakiness. @jakemarconi is a great programmer of body language movements!

Got my arse sat down for the first time in a LONG time this morning. Super wonky before that, took a seat and then fixed it all!

You get to see the hotness of my life stroll on through and show off how fantastic she is so bonus to YOU!

Only did 2 of the 4 movements for the bodybuilding x @hwpotraining due to time constraints. The squats got rough but the leg extensions got rougherer. 45 kg is no joke!

Got all of our lifting done this morning. 28 minutes worth of EMOM’ing is no joke but everything was gotten through with little mess. My snatches, apart from the second last one, felt great. Really trying to focus on getting under the bar sooner.

Cleans were clean.

My jerks are now my worst enemy. The right arm bends more than when I snatch BUT it felt ok, otherwise. Not unhappy with this session.

My love got herself sorted out and she killed it all!

This was a SESSION!

My back is toast and I felt my triceps complaining during those pull downs. Biceps cried and my forearms were cactus but it felt like a great pump. Got more reps across some parts and higher weights on others. Complete difference compared to my lifting.

The most amazing part was seeing how much the back of my love has grown again since starting this. She carries my crap already so this will help! 🤪🤪🤪🤣

Also, scope out all the body language I threw around doing most of the work. Classic!
