🤎 What a beautiful way to spend a Saturday! 🤎

In July, Sacred Beginnings kicked off Part 1 of our 3-part childbirth education series, and had such a wonderful time together!

💫Part 1 was all about preparing for labor—learning the early signs of labor, understanding what to expect, and replacing fear with knowledge and confidence.

We laughed, practiced, asked lots of questions, and even got our partners involved (yes...they were great sports 😄).

Our favorite moments include watching families realize that birth doesn’t have to feel mysterious or overwhelming. 💖The more you understand what’s happening in your body, the more confidently you can meet each stage of labor. 🌱

Join us as we continue this journey with our amazing families! We'll dive deeper into labor, birth, postpartum, and newborn life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—you made this class so much fun. 🤎

See you for parts 2&3 next month with Sacred Beginnings!

💫Birth is sacred. Preparation is powerful.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to The Chiropractic Studio

This post is a little overdue, but our gratitude is as big as ever.

We want to extend a huge mahalo to @thechiropracticstudio and the incredible team there for this fundraiser to support Hina’s Legacy Rescue Foundation. During the special event dates on this flyer, they generously donated 100% of the proceeds from adjustments to help animals in our care.

Because of their kindness, we were able to receive a donation that will go directly toward our rescue animals.

A very special thank you to Dr. Kayla, who not only developed this fundraiser but is also part of our Hina’s Legacy ‘ohana — she adopted one of our beautiful rescue dogs, Coco (shown in these photos).
Seeing our adopters continue to support the mission means the world to us.

To the entire staff at The Chiropractic Studio — your generosity, compassion, and support for our rescue truly touched our hearts.

If you’re ever looking for a trusted chiropractor and an amazing team, we highly recommend them @thechiropracticstudio
