I thought I was a frizzy mess but turns out I just needed some time in @hairbyleah.p salon chair. She brought me back to life at @salonhearth and I can’t wait to go back. 🥰

I just completed my first VI Peel, and I documented the entire week to show the real process. A VI Peel is a professional chemical peel designed to improve skin tone, texture, and clarity by encouraging your skin to shed damaged layers and reveal fresh, brighter skin beneath.

The first few days brought tightness and darkening, then came the visible peeling around day four. By the end of the week, most of the shedding was complete, leaving my skin noticeably smoother and more refreshed.

A big thank you to Michael Taylor for applying the peel and to Mikayla Harts for training the Palmer Skin San Diego team — your expertise made this experience seamless.

Have you ever thought about trying a chemical peel? What would you want to target most — texture, tone, acne scars, or overall glow?

15 years and I swear we’ve spent over half of those anniversaries apart. Looking forward to those post navy retirement days where we can catch up on years of missed celebrations. Until then I’m thankful for technology, chocolate covered strawberries, and friends who go above and beyond to make it a great day regardless! #cheersto15years #wheresthechampagne #deploymentdaze #militarylife
