Give your horse the ultimate cross-training advantage! Tap the link in our bio to claim your $95 Intro Session and watch their fitness transform. . Boston is back in the tank today, and once again, he is showing off that incredible high-stepping action! When a horse naturally lifts their knees and hocks up and out of the water like Boston does, they are getting a top-tier articulation workout. Pushing his limbs through the heavy hydrodynamic drag with this much expression specifically targets his shoulders, stifles, and deep core. . Because the water's buoyancy creates a supportive liquid cushion, Boston gets to build all of this massive structural strength without any of the harsh concussive impact of pounding on hard arena dirt. It is the absolute best way to keep his joints safe while maximizing his athletic power. . We believe every rider in the Los Angeles equestrian community should have access to elite sports medicine. That is why EquiTread Los Angeles, located right inside Hansen Dam Horse Park, is completely open to the public! No private club fees or memberships required—just exceptional care for your equine athlete. Drop a comment below or send us a DM to get your horse on the schedule today! Does Boston always have this much natural suspension under saddle, or does the water really bring it out of him?

Want to see your horse build confidence and strength at the same time? Click the link in our bio to book your $95 Intro Session and start their aquatic fitness journey today! . Building Confidence: Stuart is Back in the Tank! . We are absolutely thrilled to have Stuart back in the AquaTread! If you caught his first session, you know it is completely normal for horses to be a little unsure of the water at first. But today, Stuart showed us exactly why consistency matters—he stepped right in and marched like a total pro! (Though we definitely still had his favorite treats on standby just in case). . Now that he has conquered the mental side of the tank and is feeling relaxed, we can really start letting the water do its job. Even at a comfortable, confident walking pace, the hydrodynamic drag encourages Stuart to stretch his topline, lengthen his stride, and engage his core. He gets to start building that beautiful athletic muscle, while the water’s buoyancy completely protects his joints from any concussive stress. . Here at EquiTread Los Angeles, tucked inside the beautiful Hansen Dam Horse Park, we love watching horses gain this kind of confidence. We are absolutely not a private club—our barn doors are wide open to the entire Los Angeles equestrian community! Whether your horse is a seasoned competitor or a young horse just learning the ropes of aquatic conditioning, our expert team is here to support them. . Drop a comment below, send us a DM, or click the link in our bio right now to schedule your $95 Intro Session and let’s get your horse feeling their best! Did he end up needing fewer treats to get in this time around?

Looking for a way to upgrade your horse’s conditioning routine? Click the link in our bio to book your $95 Intro Session and see the difference aquatic therapy can make! . Focused and Flowing: Henry on the AquaTread . Henry is in the tank today, putting in some excellent work! Walking on the water treadmill is one of the most effective ways to enhance a horse’s overall fitness and flexibility. By pushing through the water’s natural hydrodynamic resistance, Henry is actively engaging his deep core, lifting his back, and building serious athletic strength. . At the same time, the buoyancy of the water provides a supportive liquid cushion for his limbs. This allows him to get a high-intensity cardiovascular and muscle-building workout without any of the harsh concussive impact on his joints that comes from pounding on arena dirt. It is the perfect balance of challenging resistance and safe, joint-friendly support. . Here at EquiTread Los Angeles, located right inside the beautiful Hansen Dam Horse Park, our barn doors are wide open to the entire Los Angeles equestrian community. We are absolutely not a private club! Henry is back in the tank today, and his consistency is really paying off! Regular sessions on the AquaTread are one of the absolute best ways to develop functional muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. As he powers through the constant hydrodynamic drag, Henry naturally lifts his back, engages his deep core, and pushes symmetrically from his hindquarters. .
