Where’s your go-to café stop on a coffee ride, and what makes it your favourite? ☕️

Mine’s definitely @thecnrcafe, all because of the Magic! ⚡️ A stronger, smoother take on a flat white that’s pure Melbourne goodness!

This morning, our @melbourneindonesian.cc Luna Coffee Ride rolled out from Luna Park, stopped at @thecnrcafe for a perfect mid-ride coffee & chat, then cruised back.

A chilly spring morning, (back to wearing @thepedla ‘s heritage thermal jersey!)but with sunshine and barely any wind, pure riding bliss! The kind of ride that reminds you why we love cycling. 🚴‍♀️🌤️ 🚴‍♀️🌤️

What a gorgeous spring morning! ☀️ Started the day riding with @melbourneindonesian.cc on the Luna Ride to Beach Road 🚴‍♀️

It was a little windy, but we got the best of both worlds: tailwind one way and headwind on the return.

Wrapped it up with a great gym session 💪✨

How often do you hit the gym?

Ride. Coffee. Friendship! 🚴🏻🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️☕️👯‍♂️👯‍♀️

Today’s @melbourneindonesian.cc Luna ride:
Chilly start of 9 degree C, but all the key ingredients were there, getting the legs turning, ticking off the kms, catching up with friends, and enjoying coffee that hit just right. The essentials of cycling, really.

Also… new helmet day! I didn’t think I’d be into the KASK Utopia Y (the aero one), but this matte black version won me over. I’m loving it more and more,
especially for upcoming winter rides. When I wear black long bibs and black shoes, a black helmet just makes sense.

Plus, the matte black hemet matches my matte black bike. You know I’m all about that coordination 😜 matchy matchy!

So, what do you think, does it suit me?

How many cups of coffee do you drink in a day?

Today I started my day with a coffee ride with my @melbourneindonesian.cc friends, we had our usual delicious coffee at @thecnrcafe on Beach Road and on the way back we had a detour to the beach bike path due to traffic as well as taking our friend @inggridagustine who’s visiting from Jakarta.

Such a lovely morning ride, perfect weather and great company! 😍🥰

I then brought my bike to my trusted bike shop @pmcycles for a service ahead of next week’s Peaks Challenge, to make sure everything is in great condition.

Thenafter I rode to the CBD to catch up with my cyclist friend @ariefs.ig and we had two coffee each at @brotherbababudan, i’d recommend their cold brew on the last slide, it was so perfect for a hot day like today.

So yes, I had 3 coffee today! I normally have 1 or 2, but today was an exception! 😅

Hope you have a lovely day so far!💖

Throwback on a memorable ride to Mornington with visiting cycling friends from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia recently.

The ride started off chilly and windy, but the conditions improved as we went along.

Cycling has an incredible way of bringing people together, breaking through backgrounds and borders. “Birds of a feather flock together” truly captures how cyclists from all over the world unite through a shared passion.

This shared love for the sport creates a special bond that connects us in such a meaningful way.

It was a pleasure riding with you, @adriangoh66 & @azizulr, also the following days after! 😁

Until next time! 🥳👏🏼👍🏼
