A free waterfront wellness event in downtown West Palm Beach 💙

The Cold Collective brought workout classes, local wellness vendors, a live DJ and the best Sunday morning energy to Post Park. Such a fun way to get moving, meet local businesses and spend the morning by the water!

Would you go to the next Waterfront Wellness event? 👇

When I teach a class, it’s more than guiding bodies through movement 🧘🏽‍♀️✨.

It’s so MUCH MORE than that.

It’s hard to explain the feeling of a space full of souls vibrating at the same frequency. Feeling all that energy radiating through the air. Everyone getting intoxicated on endorphins, carried by the beat of the music. Hearts pumping. Pores open. Sweat pouring. Bodies working. Energy rising.

It’s a HIGH…Maybe the best kind there is.

And I THANK every single one of YOU for allowing these moments to feel so MAGICAL.

Because for that little moment in time, we move together. We breathe together. We struggle together. We feel the same things at the same time, sharing the same atmosphere…and somehow, we all arrive at the same realization:

WE ARE ALIVE. AND WE ARE SO LUCKY TO BE HERE.

Connecting. Moving. Feeling. Existing & living together.

In this moment, we are simply flesh and bone. No color. No religion. No politics. No labels. Just HUMAN BEINGS moving through time together, chasing one common goal:

HEALTH.

And that FEELING… that CONNECTION … is why I will never stop LOVING what I do.

With love,
Your sassy but loving teacher 💛.
