The most amazing morning celebrating @thecollagenlab 1st Birthday! 🎆 @nikkiauckland for years you’ve inspired me, and the way you bring supportive women together to learn, grow and connect, you’re constantly raising the bar. I am excited to see what’s to come in the next year! And well done to all the businesses involved @sidewalksociety.au always fed well and @jbhaesthetics learnt SO much about the lymphatic system, I WAS SAT AND LISTENING! Proud to be a woman ❤️

Don’t worry, this is not your typical smoothie bowl. It’s just an ultra thick soy milk inspired by an excellent, deeply restorative formulation in TCM. I love it so much and have been making it for breakfast more than 5 times this week! Instead of a raw, freezing cold Western smoothie bowl—which can weaken digestion—this cooked, warm blend builds vital energy (Qi), protects digestive fire, and deeply nourishes the body’s internal fluids. Here’s what’s inside:

1. The TCM Blend 🌿
* Adzuki beans + Fu Ling: Traditionally used to drain dampness and support fluid balance.
* Soybeans + lotus seeds + Chinese yam: Traditionally used to support Spleen and digestive health.
* Snow fungus + lily bulbs: Traditionally used to nourish Yin and moisten the Lungs.
* Lily bulbs + Fu Ling + lotus seeds: Traditionally used to calm the mind.

2. The Powerhouse Toppings ✨
* Collagen oats: Carbs for energy; collagen may support skin elasticity and joint health.
* Goji berries + mulberries: Antioxidants and traditional TCM nourishment.
* Pumpkin seeds & walnuts: Rich in zinc, magnesium and healthy fats to support normal body functions.

INGREDIENTS:
Homemade soy milk blend (soak overnight):
1/2 cup organic soy beans
1/2 cup mix of: adzuki beans, snow fungus pieces, poria (Fu Ling), lily bulbs, lotus seeds, dry Chinese yam, peanuts
1500mL filtered water @stefani.anz

TOPPINGS:
Instant oats (@thecollagenlab Collagen Overnight Oats Blend)
Pumpkin seeds
Goji berries
Mulberries

I got all my TCM herbs from @thaikeeiga in @marketcity 🩷✨
