This #smallbusinesssaturday I wanted to shoutout four shops that I truly love and that have also given me a platform to help grow my own small business over the last few months. Their shops are curated with waaaaay cooler selection of items than you’ll find in any big box shop and they all have fantastic online shops & gift card options! Did I mention that they are all extra wonderful individuals with awesome teams too? 🥰

There are so many local businesses who have opted to not have Black Friday sales tomorrow but will be donating a portion of their sales to charities that are dear to them instead! I’d like to applaud our community of small business owners - together we will get through this ❤️ I’ve tagged a few businesses that I know are taking part - please tag any other Yukon businesses that I may have missed that are opting out of BF and instead, Give Back Friday 🎄

I purchased this @eq3 chair for reading. But it looks like @luna_and_duke_of_the_yukon has made it her chair. 🤣 🤔

In the Patsy Cline number, it’s searching for a lost love that’s keeping her out of bed. I haven’t found a way to cure heartache but I HAVE teamed up with local artist and all around amazing woman @mezari_atelier on a limited collection designed to bring comfort to your nights. Details coming soon!

In the meantime if it’s a Fuji tunic you’re looking for, you can find some in Blue like this one at @workshopandflock and @thecollectivegood . I have just a few left in other colours in my online boutique, too!

What a strange year it’s been so far. And everything feels so heavy. It also doesn’t help that we’ve had months and months of rain! But when you least expect it life hands you something beautiful, a little reminder that not all is lost, not all is bad, that everything will be ok ❤️ @thecollectivegood thank you for this beautiful little reminder that life is good.

By the way, this delicious chocolate @peacebychocolate is made by a Syrian family in Antigonish, Nova Scotia and is available in Whitehorse at The Collective Good in Horwoods on Main 🌸
