I step 11k steps a day, that's ~4mill steps a year. Every other shoes have failed me. I don't have time to order things, to look for things, its not a priority, so one day I just bought them at the closest shoe store I could go to because I needed something, and thats how i randomly stumbled at the best walking shoes I've ever had: durable, can survive literally any weather, and still look good if I don’t have time for an outfit change since my schedule is full (i love it). Recently they've been dying after about 1-1.5yrs, so I decided to peek at the same store. 3 shoes of the same size, just waiting there for me, my size. 1/3 of the price each. The price isn't a problem for me, but sometimes I fear things I love will be discontinued. Such as my favourite perfume. However, my fears don't make me do stupid things like over consume, but this was placed there for me.

Calm body, calm mind. Not because life is always soft, but because I’m learning not to get overwhelmed every time it isn’t.

A reminder to come back to the body first, breath, movement, sunlight, slower mornings, softer thoughts.

because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is observe your own mind to decode the root networks and paradigms

This is the practice.

1️⃣ Pull the slack out of the bar
Before the bar leaves the floor, it should already be under tension.
You are the tool creating leverage.
Lock in your lats, core, and glutes — think about bending the bar and dragging it through your shins.
2️⃣ Learn how to brace properly
Big breath into your abdomen, not your chest.
Expand 360°, then tighten like you’re about to take a punch.
A strong brace = a strong pull.
3️⃣ Stop PR’ing every week
Deadlifts need structure, not ego.
Program volume, intensity, and recovery — strength comes from consistency.
If you want help dialing in your deadlift,
DM me the word “DEADLIFT” and I’ll help you out.
