This picture means more to me than I can explain. That’s my mother ❤️ No better picture to share as I say THANK YOU for 10 years of One Love.

Last night meant everything to me. Being in that room with my mother, family, friends, our youth, board members, elected officials, and so many people who have supported this vision over the years—I don’t take any of it for granted.

To everyone who came out, donated, purchased an ad, sponsored, volunteered, shared a post, or encouraged me along the way—THANK YOU!!! Whether you were in the room or supporting from afar, I appreciate you.

To my board members, thank you for your time, support, and commitment to One Love. To the elected officials who joined us, thank you for showing up and celebrating this milestone with our community.

Building One Love has taken a lot of work, sacrifice, and faith. Some days have been tough, but seeing the love in that room reminded me how many people have helped us get here.

Mom, I love you. Having you beside me for this moment is something I’ll always hold onto.

We have more young people to reach and more work to do. Thank you for standing with me and One Love these past 10 years. Let’s keep building!!! ❤️💙

10 years. Man... what a journey. OO
When One Love started, I couldn’t have imagined all the young people, families, coaches, staff, partners, and supporters who would become part of this story.
There have been highs, lows, lessons, sacrifices, and plenty of moments when we just had to keep pushing. But through it all, the mission has remained the same - show up for our young people.
On October 8th, we’re celebrating 10 years of One Love, and I would love to have my friends, family, and community in the room with us.
If you’ve ever supported me, supported One Love, shared a post, donated, volunteered, partnered with us, or simply believed in what we’re building - come celebrate with us.
) Grab your ticket. If you can’t make it, consider making a donation.

This is what 10 years looks like. ❤️💙

Different years. Different programs. Different young people. But the mission has always been the same.

When I look back at some of these pictures, I think about how One Love started and how much we’ve grown…

What an incredible recap of the Outlook Investment Event! 🌆🔥

It was truly inspiring to see so many ambitious entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals come together on one rooftop to connect, learn, and build new opportunities. The energy was powerful, the conversations were impactful, and the event was a huge success! 📈🤝

Thank you to everyone who supported us and showed up, you made this experience unforgettable. We’re only getting started!

See you at the next one! 🚀🥂

Sports may bring them through the door, but the mission has always been bigger. ❤️💙

We’re creating spaces where young people can compete, learn, build confidence, develop relationships and be exposed to new opportunities.

Every program. Every partnership. Every opportunity.

It all goes back to giving our young people more.

Compete. Achieve. Succeed. ❤️💙

Question:

How do you remain focused?

Tbh for me, it’s a daily, sometimes hourly challenge managing it all, literally being a one man show.

No official team, no engineers, no producers, no co-hosts and personalities, however, fighting to stay focused has held us together for six years +

What helps you stay focused?

A lot of people see the programs, events, pictures and highlights… but for me the real work has always been in these moments.

The conversations. The relationships. Being present. Making sure our young people know somebody is there, somebody is listening and somebody believes in them.

Sports has always been the tool, but the mission has always been bigger.

I’m proud of what we continue to build, but even more proud of the relationships being built along the way.

Still working. Still learning. Still building. 🙏🏾❤️
