Pink and red stack 🩷❤️

Happy Galentine’s to all of my wonderful ladies out there! Healthy friendships are so important for mental health, especially for women. We all want that strong community to be a part of, and I’m so glad I have mine. 🥰

I’d love to hear your answers to the following:
👯‍♀️ What’s your favorite thing about your friend group?
💐 What’s your favorite flower (if you have one)?

For me, I love that my friends are all so supportive without question or hesitation. They are all always down to do something they haven’t done before or join in on something just because one other person is passionate about it. It always feels very safe. Oh and also they’re all readers. 😘💕

My favorite flower, as basic as it might be, is genuinely a red rose. There’s something so classy and so beautiful about them. 🌹

I’ve tagged some ladies who have made an impact on my life in the recent years. I love you all! Treat yourself today!!

Be a good listener! Listen actively ❤️ 👂
Happy Sunday!! Wanted to share a sweet appreciation post to the crew that made this project happen!!

Was so fun to have @kvbphonehome produce this one- her super powers were next level- you really had a wild sensitivity to make wonders happen.

@jerrybland our production designer and the art team truly made this project so damn special! I’d find little Easter eggs to our psychedelic family on set and it would warm my heart! But also the DJ game board 🤯 you guys made truly hit all of the home runs. Also sneaking in a cassette from set into my backpack was the cutest way to wrap.

And to @taylor_camarot for being so fun to work with and pushing this to look like a dream, it turned out be one of my favorite projects of the year! And to our excellent AD Roy that never doubted my 45/50 shots a day list. We were on fire!

Also to @goldensoulnicole who did an insane job on our rainbow hair! Grateful this project connected us and now I’m also walking around with your artwork on my head 😝

Really just a marvelous gigantic @thebear.us hug and thank you to everyone that came together on this one. The feels on this one were so positive and collaborative and I’m forever grateful for the memory. Favorite moment was when we realized we needed more talent and we all looked around at each other for the perfect youthful back of a head haha epic! Love you guys!

Crew list on my last post 🤣 ig cut my essay off- my heart for y’all is too big for this damn app 😝😘

Also shoutout to the Rotten Mangos! When I first heard the temp tracks, I knew that they’d be the perfect fit and everyone at the office is now a fan!

Happy World Mental Health Day!! Happy to finally share this project with everyone.
It was such a wholesome and genuine experience that I was so lucky to be a part of. Finding the words to capture how much joy this brought me is almost impossible. When Robert and Chris came to us with this incredible idea for a PSA, I was floored to see a deck with references to my music videos- and to be able to apply that creative freedom into a topic I care deeply about just means the world. It was a dream collaboration with so much freedom and room to play. And to carry the legacy of Daniel Johnston through a PSA was such an honor. We definitely felt his spirit throughout the entire process. Many thanks to our HEROIC CREW that made everything possible, the magic you all brought made this one of my most memorable projects yet. More love letters to come💕 (and I’ll share more of the spots soon too! )

Yesterday >>>
📚🍷🎉

Although my birthday is technically on the 18th, I had such a phenomenal day yesterday celebrating early surrounded by my favorite things: books, wine, and friends. Feeling very loved, seen, and cherished. What a way to (almost) ring in 29. 🥰
