There’s a real push in America to limit the freedom of women. But newsflash: they can’t take our power. How do we harness that power that lives within us all? One way is to tap into our rebel side. That looks different for each of us. For you, it might look like taking really good care of yourself, in a world that wants women to take care of everyone else. Anyone else feeling the quantum sleep after the quantum leap?

The end of summer was a doozy for myself and for so so many baddies that have been checking in with me- so I will say that if something knocked you out of your natural brilliant bad bish alignment- can you approach it with curiosity? Can you use this as a moment to really check in with yourself and your needs? And can you honor the rest or the setback while not giving up on what's meant to be yours entirely?

June 2019. The chaos had lifted. And for the first time in years, my nervous system exhaled.

I put on a podcast, @thecosmicrx . An astrologer, @iammadimurphy made a joke about starting every morning like a Boss Witch, with an orgasm. Something cracked open.

Not because of the joke. But because I realized my spirituality, my fierceness, my healing — they could all exist in the same room.

That was the morning I looked at my chart.

And what I found changed everything.

The cosmos had been describing me the whole time. I just hadn’t been willing to listen.

This is what I want for every therapist I work with inside Stellar Sovereignty. Not a cheat sheet. A lived, embodied understanding of the blueprint that has been describing your soul all along.
